For my animation i will be trying to visually convey perceptions of Tourette’s in an abstract way which will show meaning behind this disease and provide the characteristics of the disease itself.
In order for me do this to a high standard i have been conducting research of the history of Gilles de la and been reading through many different theoretical approaches to what this disease indicates. Also I have been watching documentary’s of people who have the disease to generate a better understanding of how they perceive themselves and the illness and whether they see it as medical or supernatural.
